tourist accommodation premises

"tourist accommodation premises" means- (a) any building, including hostels, hotels, inns, boardinghouses, rest-houses and lodging-houses; (b) any place made available for the purposes as a campsite; or (c) any caravan or motorhome, held out by the proprietor, owner or manager, either wholly or partly, as offering lodging or sleeping accommodation, and may include the provision of food and drink, to any tourist for hire or reward of any kind whatsoever, and has been designated by the Minister under section 3 as a tourist accommodation premises;
